Dear Parents, Grandparents and Carers,

Welcome to Bee-Safe’s Pre-School Ninja Programme. In our lessons for 3-5 year-old children we aim to develop general fitness, gross motor skills, agility, coordination, balance and strength. We are looking to foster joy of movement and curiosity rather than specific technique.

These lessons are designed to build a foundation to junior Taijutsu lessons, which start from age 6+

One important aspect of our lessons is teaching young children vital self-protection knowledge, with focus on staying safe in public, listening to adult instructions and what to do in an emergency.

In a work- and sticker book you and your child can track their journey. For every new skill your child has mastered, we’ll hand out star stickers, which your child can collect in the book.

During lessons there will be many occasions, in which you will be invited to join in. For other parts of the lesson, you can either watch, or try yourself out on the pads at the other end of the hall with our second instructor.

Once your child has mastered all the skills taught in the pre-school syllabus, they will receive their junior white belt with yellow stripe in Taijutsu and will be invited to join our 6+ class.
